Parcels may be split or subdivided by processing a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) Application, where four (4) parcels or less are created or reconfigured, or a Tentative Tract (TT) Map Application for subdivisions creating five (5) or more parcels (and for a Final Development Plan or a condominium project.)
