Yes, a Lot Line Adjustment Application is used when a property owner wants to adjust the lot line between at least two, but no more than four adjoining parcels. In a Lot Line Adjustment, land is taken from one parcel and added to an adjacent parcel with the goal of making each parcel more consistent with minimum lot size for the current zoning.
